A homeschooling mom of two, bibliophile, linguist, and graphic designer.
Bizzy wears many hats. She holds two degrees from the University of Washington; a BA in English with Honors, and a Masters of Communication in Digital Media. She has experience administrating and marketing in publishing, healthcare, youth activities, and local television.
In 2013 Bizzy and her husband, Trey, relocated to the Treasure Valley from the Seattle area, reluctantly at first, but now they are here for good. In 2015 they became parents and in 2016 they and their firstborn entered the Catholic Church.
Trey Schorr is a Field Agent for the Knights of Columbus while Bizzy primarily homeschools their two toddlers and bakes lots of sourdough bread. Outside of baking, Bizzy does freelance graphic design and marketing for various local ministries, including the Idaho Catholic Women’s Conference, the Idaho Council of Catholic Women, Holy Apostles Council of Catholic Women. and Nazareth Retreat Center.
Bizzy is always up for talking about parenting, baking, literature, philosophy, or hosting parties.
